Pursuant to your booking, the Promoter may collect and keep personal informationabout you including your name, address, payment type details, telephone numberand the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, the Promotermay disclose your contact details to third parties if you elect to receive suchinformation at time of ticket purchase so they can provide you with promotionalmaterial about other events and products. The Promoter may also need to discloseyour personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act1993. Please note that allpayment information is handled by Windcave (Payment Express) and subject to theirT&C’s, no credit card information is collected or stored by Flicket Ltd.
Photographing and/or Recording of the Event by You:
Personal digital cameras are permitted at the Event. SLR cameras are permitted butprofessional photography equipment (eg telephoto lenses; any lens over 20cm; anydetachable lens) is not permitted without Promoter-issued media accreditation. Eventstaff will determine at their discretion whether equipment is considered to beprofessional photography equipment. Photos of artists and/or the Event arepermitted only on the basis that:
1. Images are only used for private and personal use; and
2. Images cannot be made available for sale and/or public display.
Recording and Photography of the Event by Promoter:
You consent to be included in official photography, film and sound recordings of the Event and for these recordings to be used by Promoter and/or any of its authorised representatives and contractors in any medium or context without further authorisation by, or compensation to you.
